UA IAD-KWI Nonstop Service Goes Daily

United issued a press release earlier today announcing that their IAD-KWI flights would increase from thrice weekly to daily nonstop service effective January 2, 2008. The press release also announced a new code-share agreement with Qatar Airways, which presumably includes its new IAD-DOH daily nonstop service that starts on July 19, 2007.

Gee, if it weren't for limitations on foreign ownership of US flag carriers management could sell the airline to Qatar Airways and collect the big payoff they're obviously manuevering for! Nobody else is biting the merger bait. 😀
