Twu Loses On Gag Order!

Well the TWU got spanked again last week.

They requested an injunction to prevent me from posting information from the depositions of TWU leaders.

The Judge said that the request was "childish".

The Gless deposition revealed that the TWU pays $120,000 a year to a guy who, despite his Associates degree in "general" and his current status as a matriculated student working towards his batchelors degree in "labor" cant even define what an "industrial union" is.

Its really too bad that the LM-2 was not revised as was proposed, perhaps then the members could see how the leadership of the TWU, through their illegal acts and out of court settlements squanders the members money.

Oh well, its just the cost of doing business for a company union! No wonder they need the $3.1 million from the company in addition to the 1% of our pay!

Imagine that, once again the TWU attemping to prevent the truth from being posted.

Anyone who doubts the TWU needs to be replaced should consider how many times the TWU supresses the facts, the truth, and even minutes from the meetings of our leaders.

Hell, even if your a guy that thinks concessions for jobs is real unionism, you must still oppose direct influence, and legal filings to supress factual data.

I notice Checking it Out has left the board again.

Maybe his lies about saving 12,000 jobs, three maintnenace bases, and full overhaul have begun to catch-up with his honest side.

All twu international officers are elected by the full membership and the twu membership control the contract. Right? Next thing you will say is that twu supporters that parade coffins down Tulsa streets are given union positions without a vote.
