For the past 12 month period, union wages increased 2.9% compared to 2.5% for non-union workers. Employee benefit costs for union workers increased 11.3% compared to only 6.3% for non-union workers, evidence that companies have been unable to pass on the cost of benefits inflation to union workers. Overall compensation including benefits for union workers has increased by 6.0% over the past 12 months compared to 3.5% for non-union workers.

I think Buck was trying to show that if you have a "real" union, your wages and benefits go up,not down! Since the TWU is not a union,we AA mechanics and related are at the present time unrepresented!

See how easy that was to understand?

And for the rest of the story.

GOOD BY WORK AT MSP.

Building "B" Demolition

Phase 1: Close Off Old General Offices - Aug/04

Phase 2: Completely Disassembly Hangers 1 & 2 - Wheels, Tires and Brakes - A.P.U. Shop - Oct/04

Phase 3A: Stores - Plant Maint. - Tech Manuals - Powerplant Engineering - Dec/04

Phase 3B: Hangars 3, 4, & 5 - Jun/05

Phase 4: Hangars 6 & 7 - 2006

Phase 5: Test Cell - Engine Shop and all remaining facilities except for parking ramp - 2008

Phase 2: Completely Disassembly Hangers 1 & 2 - Wheels, Tires and Brakes

Oh do you mean the work that the TWU allowed to be outsourced back in 1995?

Phase 3A: Stores - Plant Maint. - Tech Manuals - Powerplant Engineering - Dec/04

Whats the story with Stores in Tulsa? Is it true that Stores will start shipping parts directly to the vendors and that most of the stores jobs in Tulsa will be eliminated?

Phase 3B: Hangars 3, 4, & 5 - Jun/05

Phase 4: Hangars 6 & 7 - 2006

Years ago I flew through Buffalo. There was an AA hangar there however there were no AA mechanics there. The TWU had negotiated away their jobs in 1983.

Kirk, you can have solid proof that AMFA is a failure and these dummies would stand behind AMFA....way behind. Canada loves NWA...HAHAHA

Here is just some of the "solid proof" of how the TWU has failed us. This is not just a brief snapshot but a broad, twenty year picture of the TWUs performance.

Nice try Kirk,

That hanger demolition you speak of at MSP has been in the works since before the AMFA was on the property. The MAC is making more room for additional gates, for oddly enough NWA. Try to spin it any way you can, but the truth is the truth.

PS Why don't you show NWAs new hanger at DTW?
