By the way Little also got a raise from the TWU last year. Whether or not it was enough to offset his AA paycheck or not we dont know.

Shortly after the concessions were put in place and the company was threatening to shrink MCI jim stated that the concessions we gave were "more than adequate". I'm still wondering why Jim had us submit to concessions that were "more than adequate".

The flyer complains that the company has not given them information on what cuts management took, I thought the TWU said that they had full access to the company's books? You know the same books that failed to reveal the executive perks and the $988 million in "Goodwill" that they lost?

Yeah, this really makes AMFA's negotiations at UAL with their retirees small fish! Who cares about some who is washed up retired silver/no haired wrench? I'm out for me, the active mechanic!

And Mr. Little, thank you for the mail, thank you for the attempt, but can we get rid of those other classifications? They are dragging my wages/benefits down, I now have to work for a living, that ain't right!

I love this TEAMTWU stuff! First they claim AMFA wasn't in bankruptcy court. If so, why does every ex-braniff 2 mechanic say they got all of their money owed and AMFA even held job fairs for them?! TeamTWU flyer says Braniff 2 stopped flying in 1992. That is incorrect! It was in ,I believe, 1989. According to the court document,the other unions didn't get a settlement until 1994! AMFA wasn't in bankruptcy court because they didn't need to be!

TeamTWU says AMFA is the leader in outsourcing,but their chart shows America West as the leader. AWA is represented by the Teamsters(AFL-CIO). how come the flyer didn't mention that?

Congradulation's Continental mechanics on your AMFA drive! According to the Teamtwu flyer,Continental mechanics are now represented by AMFA!

If they got all of that wrong,how much of this stuff is true?

Do you have a copy of the agreement or just talking out of your ass again? I for one would like to compare the IAM costs to the AMFA's after the smoke clears.

BTW...Did UAL have pre-funding?

I would say "talking out your ass" is a fair description. Although he doesn't normally use such language in normal conversation-I believe Decision 2004 must cuss in this case, in order to better describe the situation. Tell your kids to read some other board.
 
Another point I would like to make...

Mary Lou, I resent your use of the AMFA compass. The AMFA compass represents the care Aviation Maintenance Technicians have for the aircraft they repair and more importantly the safety of the people who trust us with their lives in these aircraft. The compass also uses the words Skill-Integrity-Knowledge to describe the values that an Aviation Maintenance Technician aspires too. You obviously do not accept AMFA's values and choose to ridicule AMFA and its values while at the same time using the thin veneer that you purport to be an AMFA supporter. Why not be truthful with yourself and everyone else on this board and admit that you are a supporter of the TWU as I have admitted that I am a supporter of AMFA? The values you display do not represent Skill,Integrity, or Knowledge.

Use the anti-amfa button design. It makes you feel good and your still advertising for AMFA.
 
PRO AMFA, CRAP CAN BE COVERED BY A LID AS IN A SEPTIC TANK BUT YOU STILL HAVE CRAP FLOATING AROUND! MARY LOU IS JUST THE CRAP THAT USES THE LID! :lol:

This would not be within the deceitful nature of the TWU.

Mary Lou is a prime example of TWU material, they cannot defend themselves on facts, so they must deceive.

I bet she is married to Connell.

The upper brass at AArogant Airlines does not have to share in the sacrifice we made.

The inept twu gave away so much the upper brass can still get raises perks and whatever else they feel is necessary to prevent them from leaving. After all Sue Oliver did go to Wal-Mart.
