.......acts like a thug? Someone used an expletive and WHO GRABBED AT WHO? Foul language is directed at TSA agents daily, how ironic, isnt it?

TSA agents grab at peoples genitals everyday.

How ironic.
All the TSA agent had to do was say "OK", and that would have been the end of it.
She's the one who escalated the situation when she said "Mind your own business" and swore at him.
She has neither the judgement nor temperament to be in a position of authority.

Nothing is needed except a little diversity training. Then the whole company can have a remedial training session and we're good to go.

Misdemeanor-assault requires a little more than just diversity training.

Maybe that TSA clown can go to work for the IRS and enforce healthcare mandated fees.

If you look for the least common denominator to the airline industry's real problem that effects their bottom line, it is having too many high paid security that has nothing better to do but have a holier than thou attitude. A main reason people don't travel is because they don't want to be subjected to TSA's nazi tactics.

The ID grab is your right. If you feel you are harassed, you have a right to see the person's ID, and considering they are acting rude and hostile, you may have to go to extreme.
The bottom line is that the pilot was assaulted. Remember a woman won millions when she spilled hot coffee on her dumb@$$ self.
What anybody who is defending the agent fails to realise is that if a pilot heard it, the general public heard it...nuf sed.
