Trump Shuttle Employees Lawsuit

To All District 141-M Members Employed by US Airways:

Last night, a jury in Brooklyn said that the IAM acted incorrectly in its decision to place certain former Trump Shuttle employees on the US Airways seniority list. If the verdict in favor of a small group of former Trump Shuttle workers stands, thousands of airline workers would be unfairly displaced. Thousands? CONFUSION AGAIN!

So you are accusing a group of fellow workers of buying a federal judge? That''s rich! I never understand those of you who see the glass as half empty all the time. Some here see it as half empty with a crack in it.

Piney Whiney Bobby IKE, I KNOW EVERYTHING, you have no clue how to take a tongue in cheek remark. Every since you publicly and proudly told us all how you got some fellow co-workers fired then practically broke your arm patting yourself on the back for being a rat, I refuse to pay your posts you any mind. There is not a soul alive who knows everything teaching us all about business, unions, what''s right or wrong, what''s fair what''s not, how much we should pay for medical as employees on and on except, you. I will no longer respond to any posts you write, which are MANY, and I would appreciate the same courtesy. We are all entitled to our opinions and that’s the reason for these boards, we are not allowed to get personal as per the rules and this is as personal I will get. I don''t like almost everything you write but I restrain myself from responding and I am asking the same from you regarding my posts!

Hey guys, I wasn''t trying to start a bitter rift between anybody posting this topic. Actually it was intended to show that the iam was lying at even a younger age in 1993. I believe the court documents have proven that. Deception and LIES is no way to run a democratic (YEA RIGHT) union. These are the facts, so please don''t waste your posts rebutting with fiction, rumors, and heresay.

half empty/half full...i say the glass is too damn big!
have a nice day bob.

I don''t often offer my opinion on this message board. But I will tonight. After you''ve backstabbed and had fellow workers fired, how can you preach morality, right, wrong, fair and not fair.Your words carry no weight with me!

Read people''s posts, ignore people''s posts, but please bring this back on topic before it is closed. Thanks.

One of the "problems" these Trump Shuttle workers will face is the fact that they had signed a document to quit at Eastern Airlines before gaining employment at Trump Shuttle. That should take care of the issue, just as it did in 1998 with Fleet Service

This has been to court before and they lost

I read your posts with great interest since the lawsuit directly affects me. While the IAM claim that this decision will affect thousands is a bit ....exagerated, it will affect hundreds. The bumping in our system will displace hundreds, not directly out of work, but days off/ shift loss. The lawsuit makes claims that these employees were "unfairly treated, humiliated, called scabs, alianated, even beaten". This is simply not true! While there is alot of disagreement between the groups, especialy those of us who worked at Eastern Airlines, we worked alongside the "Trump" employees, and included them in all our station activities. They simply lied!!! Don''t believe everything you read on the AMFA board! I was at the trial. OJ got away with murder too! I saw those co-workers of mine make BS accusations! As for the IAM, while it is understandable that we are unhappy with all the cuts / layoffs, and given that the most powerful, best organized, richest organization on this property, ALPA got raped by this company, what makes you think AMFA would do anybetter. Let''s not jump from the fryingpan into the fire! Read AMFA''s track record. It''s abit different than what you read on the Mechanic website. AMFA feeds on our emotions, just like some historic goverment overthrows based on promises that can''t be kept. Let''s get smart. be more active in our union. Get rid of the dead beats the run our organization. GET INVOLVED. STOP THE LIP SERVICE. GET A SET OF B#LLS!!!!!
