Transition Agreement

The proposal is in and on the 141 website...I don't know how to copy it to this site I'm alittle comp. illiterate. If you go to IAM 141 and look to the right, its' at the top of the updates list.
It's 11 pages long so I thought it'd be better if I didn't try to copy it on to this site....Please read carefully and make a rational decision. I just keep thinking if this was a first proposal what might really be there for us...that the company isn't showing..............
