700, from previous tit for tats we have had, just want you to know i'm not starting an argument, but not sure i understand your post. they closed TPA, and NOTHING was done! 3am, right before turkey day, and that was the end of it! Whatever happened there? I do agree, we have a clear cut case as far as I can assertain from our current language, and "history". I just have a funny feeling these bastar#@$ have something up their sleeve!! GOOD DAY!
The union cannot stop the company from closing a facility, unless you know of something in our contract.

The union filed a lawsuit agains the company under the WARN Act which is ongoing and there were numerous grievances filed and money paid out to numersous Tampa employees for things done wrong in the closing.

apparently you are not aware of the "PAINFUL CLAUSE". i'm suprised,i thought you were pretty saavy contractually. ;)

Just reading through the post..... this has got to be the most pompous, puffed up post I have read in a long time. . . "My pay, expense money, and stock options currently pay me over 200,000 a year. . . thiat excludes benefits. . . you do the math." Forgive me, but I have always felt disclosing ones income, let alone bragging about it in such a self-important pompous manner was in poor test. But this one takes the cake. You can congratulate yourself-some more!!1

Well, just be thankful you only have to read his posts. Imagine the poor guy who gets stuck in the cockpit with him. :( That guy deserves waaaaaay more than $200,000
