It has been reported by the local CBS affiliate that AirTran will pull all service in September. I just checked airtran.com. They are still selling seats, but the station interviewed the mayor who confirmed the story.

Now the big question is whether DL will continue to offer mainline jets from TLH to ATL?

I would say that Airtran would probably leave TLH. With only 2 flights a day you are not offereing people much flexibility in travel times. Just my thoughts.....

I expect DL will keep some mainline in TLH. They had mainline before Airtran came to town and I expect some mainline service (albeit reduced) to continue.
