The time has come for skilled, intelligent, professionals to stop complaining and hoping for a better union or a better airline industry.
Just seek out, with the same diligence that we have sought a craft union, with the same effort, time, and sacrifce a viable exit strategy and career change.
Skilled professionals will NOT work for peanuts, and it has become obvious that working in the airline industry is no longer going to be a professional and lucrative way of life.
Let the rich filthy theives and cheating liars have their cheap travel and low fares, and seek use of your skills, talents, and ethics in another arena.
Good Luck, and I look forward to reading from many successful previous airline employees who finally broke the chains of bondage, and only wish they had done so soon earlier in life.
It is no longer who dies with the most toys wins, it those who stay in the airline industry flat out lose!
