The year of the hated: Clinton and Trump, two intensely disliked candidates, begin their face-off

Continue to sleep, Kev, because anti-Americanism is strong after the cold war. Why conquer something that will VOLUNTARILY fall into your hands? Now go back to sleep daydream believer!

If you're gonna talk about things like democracy and voter engagement, you could at least make sure TownPete gets a trigger warning...

"Lol"

Still showing your blatant ignorance in civics again eh?

You must have been one of those snowflakes who flunked out with only a participation trophy.

London has a Muslim mayor. If that alone isn't a wake-up call, then the ignorant must continue to sleep!

The interesting thing is if Trump looses the electoral and wins the popular vote.
Then we will see wailing and gnashing of teeth about how the electorate is unfair.
Good possibility as half of the RepubliRats hate trump and who do the electorates answer to?

I bookmarked this page for future reference.

You should, because so far every assumption people have made against Trump.....have been wrong.

Just sayin

Remember the "assumption" that Hillary would mop the floor with votes over trump?

Dead heat: Trump, Clinton tied in 3 swing-state polls

Regardless of how they plan to vote, registered voters in all three states gave Trump the edge on matters related to the economy, as well as on terrorism, though on the latter issue the two candidates are within the margin of error.

Trump is a product of the "Established GOP"! It's their own fault that Trump is where he is at today. Long time GOP backers are sick and tired of the broken promises, the rolling over and taking it in the a$$ from from a certain POTUS.
This is also what happens when the country starts to lean too far , one way or the other.
For the last 8 years its been leaning way too far to the left....now its time to lean way to the right.
Again, not a huge Trump supporter but, he's a far better choice than what the dems have and again, he's the monster the GOP created, guess they better learn to live with him!
