WOW, no were did anyone from USAIR management take any blame did they?

Are you kidding?! The entire thing pretty much says they screwed up and made bad assumptions. The document basically admits management failed to plan and run the business as they should have done.

"passanger complaints are reduced by eliminating change fees and rules."

Meanwhile, US charges to fly freaggin' standby!
