Summer highlights (CLT)
1x Clt-Phl goes to 332
1x clt-mem goes to 319.

2x clt-Lit go to cr9's
1x clt-cvg go to cr9's

clt-sat goes to 1x 319 2 x cr9* +1 cr9
source...usairways.com
in edition to clt-fco 1x 333 and possibly 5x week sjd and 4x week pvr
oh and clt-cdg goes to 332. which is the reason probably for the clt-phl 332.

Any word on PIT-PHL?

If they can put a widebody on CLT-PHL...you can't tell me they couldn't put on on a PIT-PHL. If they keep giving CLT all this international and widebody flying, I might transfer to CLT and start commuting PIT-CLT even if it means putting up with all the Piedmont gals.

Because CLT and PHL are wide body bases it makes sense to run an aircraft between the two.
PHL-PIT probably would not make sense as it would be mostly filled with non-revs

pit-phl
2x319 1x e90 1x 757 etops 4x e75 1x crj
phl-pit

I've come to realize her posts are so absurd that they have to be trolling. Any other conclusion would probably get me suspended.

this schedule means on the ground at charlotte at one time thier will be
1x 346 (lh, muc)
3x 333 (1x lgw, fco, fra)
2x 332 (1x cdg, phl)
1x 762 (1x phl) can those all fit. in d
total
3x 333
2x 332
4x762
1x346
10x widebodys daily is that new high?

Not sure if they can. They may be able to have one arrive on D and then tow it either B/C

OR the more logical solution to this would be to put B6 on A where there is one open gate. Then a wide body could use D8

I count 11 at least in May 2010
3x 333-LGW, FCO, FRA
2x 332-PHL, CDG
5x762-PHL, PHL, GIG, HNL, MBJ (odd?)
1x346-MUC

Oddly enough CUN, MBJ see three flights a day while SJU goes down to one at least on a thursday

yes i found that also odd. i wasn't counting it bc i wasn't sure if it was final. the new schdule isn't set in june for some reason.

Well with the two new 332s coming in March, and since GRU is on hold at least for right now, i guess that's why MBJ can get a wide body. I'm just surprised that MBJ got one over CUN or SJU

why is clt growing mainline flights and international flights and capacity when few airports are.

Remember, March is spring break plus Easter and Passover (lot's of people travel to hotel programs in CUN, AUA, PHX, SJU, FLL/MIA).

In addition, the MBJ upgage might be in anticipation of the JM pulldown/shutdown/merger with BW (which changes daily). Already they announced reductions to flying including ORD and some JFK frequencies. Amazingly PHL will remain daily. True, JM doesn't serve CLT, but US is probably the 2nd largest US carrier to MBJ these days in terms of available seats.
