When I asked if that was a typo, he made it clear that's the news the employee have been given. Odd that US won't be in any alliance for up to a month.
Been doing it here in PIT for some time now. At least 1 month. Maybe a little more.UPNAWAY said:Has begun in CLT. Are they going to have lines in PIT & PHX too?
Are they doing anything to those poor, tired looking ABs that have the full on Star Paint job? They are a disgrace. Thanks in advance. RRBeen doing it here in PIT for some time now. At least 1 month. Maybe a little more.
Careful! People might suspect cynicism.Gives Parker a 31-day window, i.e. excuse, to take US into Chapter 11 and slink out of the deals he made with the unions here????
(I'm not too jaded, am I?)

I presume that by March 1 (hopefully sooner), customers will be able to accrue miles in either US or AA when flying either airline. If you will be flying on a OW partner, then just credit those miles to your AA account. Sometime in the coming year, both FF programs will be merged so any PQM's you fly on either program should also be counted.
The main downsides I can see with a 30 day gap with no alliance is:
1.) No redemption on OW partners
2.) No OW benefits when flying on a OW itinerary
I think there is four. 700 through 703.Reed Richards said:Are they doing anything to those poor, tired looking ABs that have the full on Star Paint job? They are a disgrace. Thanks in advance. RR
