You need to stop blaming Dave for every problem the F/A group face. I appreciate the fact you’re loyal. Do you really believe screaming at everyone will help your cause? Do you feel throwing mud will solve the airline industries problems, especially USAirWays?

Your posts are full of animosity; and do nothing constructive to help this company, throwing fits of rage is not the answer.

Work with this management team if you really want to help the F/A group, the course you are on now is a dead end.

Of course like all posts on this great forum that provides ideas of anyone interested, this is strictly my opinion and nothing personal at all. Just an astute observation of watching this forum for a long time. This is my first post, and I hope am not met with your customary hate fueled responses. Nothing personal, just the facts and realities we all must face in these tough times.

You're just another CCY employee not wanting to take the time to resolve employee issues or improve relations. Have any ideas on that front? Nah, didn't think so!

Those employees who are part of the "labor" side and have contracts you despise, and view them as the enemy to your bottom line. Your Labor relations Dept. and the MMS dept spend their days not fixing morale or helping employees with "wellness" programs, or mental health sessions to help employees adjust to these types of concessions, INSTEAD:

1. YOU throw folks off LTD; even when their sick and have to repeat a surgery!!!!! (You know just what I'm talking about here!)

2. YOU throw folks off OIJ; send them back to work when they are not healed 100% and tell them to go to Physical therapy on their OFF days.

3. Terminate folks who are SICK, who call in sick, and then DENY THEM COBRA!

4. Terminate folks who are on Medical leave (You'd think I would leave that one out didn't you?)

You think you can fool me and imply there is no "conspiracy" here to get rid of the top-out ( which we all are now) older employees here because they are potential liability to the bottom line in Labor Relation's veiw and the Cohen Finance Dept? Oh, yea, "new poster" huh?..."concerned employee"... my butt!

I GO BY ACTION, SIR, NOT BY YOUR MOUTH PIECE. :rolleyes:

Your response really doesn’t surprise my concerned co-workers or myself. Just remember that all that so called concern you show the F/A group with your printed rage here and in the media, clearly shows how much you are working with this team. When the F/A group finds themselves in even more trouble than you say they are in now, please look in the mirror because you will not have been blameless. You can help; instead you choose to hinder the going forward plan of action. I hope others in your group know exactly your stand so they can decide if that is also their stand.

As far as getting you upset, well I am sorry, but you and not I made the choice to get upset.

You are like this in real life as well and we were hoping to bring you around to reason.

It's really sad one person has the potential to obstruct progress.

The sad reality is showing anyone who can reason that it's only going to become worse if we don't work together as a team to get this company turned around securing the futures for everyone involved. We were hoping you would be a player and not an obstacle.
Hopefully you will come to terms with the realities we all face so we can move forward. We don't have a large time frame, the clock is ticking....

There we go again with the "if you're not kissing my sceptre, you must be management" mantra again.

Working together as a team to this management means letting them steal whatever they can and break all of the cba's without any repercussions. Management has no intentions of working with the employees. They just want to dictate. Securing the futures for the employees? Yea, right. We trust you Dave. Just tell us what you want and it's yours, seeing that you're going to steal it anyway.
 
I keep hearing that, so why don't you guys stop him from stealing any more and just all stop working tomorrow? You'll shut down the company, and it'll all be over. No more stealing.
 
Interesting, mweiss, I have heard numorous individuals through out the company mention "work stoppage" in the last several months. It comes out as venting for the atrocities that are being put upon us all. I have yet to talk to one person who has any Faith what soever. I can't tell you how many times I have heard. "Why don't they just shut the damn place down and get it OVER with". :(

Work stopage is "law suit city" for the unions. Now why in hell would we do that?
