Don't anyone answer this IDIOT. He and his friends are constantly be censured on this board for the BS they post.
They had to erase an entire thread him and his buddies had last night as they were harassing a flight attendant!
Just an FYI.....I heard the company has hired some outside source that will be investigating FA''s with attendance problems. I heard this from several sources the past few days. Just like the new ghost riders, I hope this will elimate some of the bad apples(there are many), this might help reduce the 5000 layoffs expected over the next few months.
people on this forum can dish it out about management but as soon as you question a flight attendant they cry to a moderator instead of stick up for themselves
I guess that is why this "sick person" gets to stay at home while the hard working employee at american gets screwed. I don''t think these "sick" ones realize just how much it costs the company when the sick list is so high. OH never mind, they could care less they probably have another job and steal from aa.

Every person fired for poor attendance and/or performance is simply one less person to furlough or recall.
I don't think it should come as a huge shock that the company would follow up on tips related to sick abuse. The cost of those follow-ups is minimal compared to what we pay out in fraudulent SK time.
There are dozens of documented cases where people who were out SK or on ID were caught on video working side jobs. One FSC was out on a back injury, but was working as a roofer or bricklayer. If you can lift a bundle of shingles or bricks, why can't you throw bags onto a belt loader?...
Just consider that flight crewmembers have alot more stuff that the typical groundworker can work with.
Just because you see someone active at the beach, fishing or doing yardwork, doesn't mean they are ok to fly.
Then again if they are videotaped working as a bricklayer, or going down the black diamond ski slopes while listed sick with a back injury, most union members won't have a problem with the company sending the hounds after those in question.
