The Cookie Passenger

I was on that trip with you wasn't I?

Yes, you were. You and jimcfs picked me up at GSO, and would not even let me stop at my hotel to check in, brush my hair, and put on my makeup and nicer shoes, because you did not want us to be late for our visit to the CP desk.

At least your flight was ontime for that GSO get-together, compared to another that we had later.

To second Piney's comments... I was part of the 9 of us who were in Greentree that day. I vividly remember all the hugs and handshakes we received that evening.

Yep-one day long ago in LGA our F/A brought up some Hershey bars-a gift from Art (ArtISP) along with his business card.

I need to step up my game. All I do is give my AOPA Pilot magazine to the flight deck crew when I'm disembarking.....

For me handing out a stupid piece of chocolate to a F/A and watch her litterally skip down the aisle grinning from ear to ear saying "Look what I got! Some guy in First gave us these" to deliver the balance of the goodies to her co-workers was very rewarding.
OMG I had to smile and laff at myself when I read this!
Too funny cuz that is pretty much EXACTLY the way we react! HA!
Actually the thrill comes more from the fact that a pax appreciated and acknowledged us and took the time during their busy day to pick something out especially for us.
Everyone loves a thoughtful surprise treat!
Well, that, and mebbe its the chocolate a little too :D

You would be surprised at the reactions I get from FA's when I thank them as I exit the aircraft. (I make it a point to always thank the FA's at the end of the flight.) You would think that they never, ever hear "Thank you" from a customer. Chocolate is just a more tangible way to express appreciation.

Ha, it usually worked the other way with me when I was flying. If the flight deck guys knew, or found out during the flight, that I was licensed for single engine and gliders they would hand me their read flying magazines on the way out instead of sticking them in the trash bag.
