Based on what I heard today, it is my opinion that the contracts should not be re opened. Dave stated that more jobs would still be lost.
Enough is enough. I don't know about the rest but I am working now for less & can not afford to be here for anything less. Will it suck if I don't have a job ? Of course. I have been there & done that when another airline I was with closed the doors. But you know life goes on & you will survive. Most will probably do better & get with a company that will treat the employees with respect which this management team has not done. May God be with is all.

uza,

enough is enough, you have had your say (mangement lackey) and your presenstation, go give it a rest, its now out of your control, what will happen with this company will be dependant on indivdual choices. Your constant badgering does no good and only inflames the rest of us... it also showes the desperation you have, hmmmmm you are actually sounding like a certain capt. from LGA...

I have read your posts and sir I can honestly say that your 15 minutes of fame is now UP...

From my perspective, The concession stand is closed....

Uza, does your Mommy know you're up this late?
You're nothing more than a union leader’s sympathizer/apologist and not an employee, your comments will be taken as such now that all know that fact, along with the other facts I presented.

I have had enough of you. Now your taking someone's wishes of Godspeed and turning it into a personal attack.

Moderator I think you need to put UZA in the cornfield!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have dibs on God?

P/C forum is what you want, to shut up those who don't see your worldview.

Vote "NO" and vote often!

LOL
PITGuy:

Don't forget after voting "NO" to do the following:

1. Get in line at the unemployment office
2. Sell all of your assets to keep out of bankruptcy
3. Hope you have the skills that some other company can use
4. Pay for your next flight to visit family, friends, and to go on vacation
5. Pay for your own health benefits
6. Wait 6 months to 2 years to receive your pension (if you have one) while it is tied up in BK court
7. Change your phone number so that your fellow co-workers who don't want to be on the street won't hound you about your poor judgement

Should I continue, or do you get it yet?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU SPIN DOC???????

You sound way too rational.

After watching the video, the choices are simple. Unfortunately, Dave is way too honest and telling people like it is. AND that kind of honesty is not appreciated to most people on this forum.

They want to hear that they have already given enough and hope these problems go away.

SpinDoc,

My answers to your questions.

1. They don't have lines at the unemployment office any longer. It is done easily over the phone and I can't wait.

2. I don't have to sell anything. I have very low debt and monies to cover it. Do you?
(I am good for two years)

3. I do have the skills and have "NO" doubt I will find a better job at a BETTER company.

4. I will gladly pay. I don't like flying standby when all the aircraft are full.

5. I currently have worse than average health care so that will improve with my next employer.

6. I have plenty of time.

7. They won't be hounding me since they will vote the same way and that is "NO".

No you should not continue because you don't get it. End the threats and let's get it on. The worst thing that can happen is my life gets better. I have nothing to lose. Everyone understands what is at stake here. Now get on with it. No use in anyone crying about it.

Can't argue with this guy, it's just too bad most people are not in that situation and will have to walk the walk.

PITGuy:

You must have been a boy scout. Congratulations. You are certainly prepared for the doors to close. The only thing you aren't thinking about is this. What about your buddies and co-workers? I sure hope they are prepared too because unemployment doesn't pay nearly as well as what you are paid now.

Personally, I am not concerned. If the doors closed tomorrow, I could find a job in almost any company doing what I do now. I am only here for the flight benefits and even if the flights are full, there are ways to travel if you plan ahead.

Good luck with your negative campaign against the company. It really shows just how ignorant the union whiners on this board can be.
