Gillespie is retired. They all will do nicely when they retire as well. Read the SPD, their pension from AA is not the same as other types of leave where you still earned pension credits at the rate you would have received had you remained on the job, their AA pension is at the rate reported by the union. They also get a pension from the TWU with 2.5 multiplier based on their best year.Got a letter from the ATD today via email.
Bobby "Lower your Expectations" Gless is going back to the floor.
Tim Gillespie will also be back on the floor.

RE: ATD Staffing Changes
Dear Brothers:
This letter is to inform you of recent changes to the ATD staff. Brother Bobby Gless will no longer be on staff effective September 27, 2013 and Brother Tim Gillespie will no longer be on staff effective October 4, 2013. I would like to take this time to thank them for their years of service on behalf of the members of TWU.
I would also like to welcome David Virella and Sean Doyle as additions to the ATD staff and look forward to working with them.
I appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward.

Now we will see how much A$$ kissing Big Phat Don V. did to stay on the ATD staff.
Well now that your in charge I am looking forward to real leadership. Fix it. You are real good at complaining, let's see you right the ship. Tired of hearing your BS about how everyone else is screwed up. Step up and lay out your fix it proposal. I want to see it.It wasn't about finances, it was about getting rid of Peterson, Ruiz, Rojas, McCormick and me. We had plenty of money, the only local that was hurting was 564 and their finances were Bouncing back nicely after the members out there finally voted out Oryiano. Little, Gless and Videitich had that POS Donnelly cook up some phony numbers with phony assumptions to claim that we would go broke without the UBB. We already had a business plan in the works but we were never allowed to present it to the IAC. Instead they relied on Donnelly, the same guy who vetted the company's figures in 2003 for the union, the same guy who claimed that if we asked for the exact same thing back in 2010 with 5000 less employees would cost millions more than we got credit for in 2003, the same guy who costed out sick time as if every one of the 12 days we were asking for would be used by every employee every year and every hour would be covered with overtime, the same guy that sold the roll up adjustment scam that resulted in the company netting millions more in savings than we got credit for in 2003, the same guy who when his ridiculous assumption and figures were challenged in 2010 lowered his cost out by $250,000,000 or 25% and still the company never even challenged it, in other words they knew that even then it was an inflated figure because they released that figure to the press.
So the liquidation of the line locals was purely politically motivated, the objective was no different than the reason that the separate locals were formed in the first place. It wasn't for us, it was because certain people at the International felt it was their best interests to do so.

Well Bob made the post and he is TWU. I would like to see his proposal. He recommended one local so that they would own the contract. Is that next? Are you talking about the TWU or the AMFA?
Which one is it this time that suits you?
And this is what you comprehended from Bob's post?? Really?? Why didn't you address the entire post?? Keep posting...Well Bob made the post and he is TWU. I would like to see his proposal. He recommended one local so that they would own the contract. Is that next?
Step one, get rid of Videtich. Let him go to management where he belongs. Step 2 get rid of Oryiano, all he does is help the company reduce headcount and collect 10 extra hours a week from the company for doing so.Well now that your in charge I am looking forward to real leadership.
