Pros and Cons of 7 Day OH Coverage

Well after a week of a rearranged 7-day coverage with F/S, S/M off, not much has changed at TULE 1D. We are still short of mechanics, no real support on 2nd shift or mids or weekends. Moral is very low, no much experience. Even the new guys are upset for some reason or the other. While Avionics is traditional a smaller crew, some days I have to many and other days not enough. But I believe it is an improvement than what we had.

It really depends on what continent I'm working on.... Time starts to blur after a couple weeks shuttling between Asia, Europe, and the US.

But since I don't work a desk at AMR anymore, I'm not really sure why it should matter...

Easy now, just testing the 7-day coverage waters. I never said it was a problem, I read this forum at work. Question asked Question answered....
