Prater's threat!

AAA73 right up until now your posts have been somewhat intelligent but now it seems as your thinking level has put you up there with that of your elected reps...

For what I have said over and over, the arbitration is what it is. It will live or die on its own merits or lack thereof. My only goal and the goal of USAPA is to see ALPA removed from the property. No other subterfuge. No hidden agenda, just simple statement of a goal.

Wrong again, you see AAA73 this group doesn't make moves unless their calculated and the calculated move in this one is to sue not your mec but the pilots individualy and jointly!!! Now AAA73 we're looking at your homes, stocks, bond and other personel assests that you could use to pay this judgement. Laugh all you like and it will be funny right up to the point when the lein is placed against your belongings then tell us how laughable it is then

Maybe you don't understand about assessments. Assessments by ALPA? Would that be National or Local? Maybe I'll get to vote on that one! Or are you confusing court ordered damages? Please review some of the responses that cover that. You have to have actual damages to collect from a court. I might be wrong but I doubt it. Your true colors are really surfacing now. Thanks for that also. I can plan accordingly. Speaking of suing, do you also plan to sue the NMB to stop the investigation or election? Or are you going to assess them also? Please try, it would be great fun to watch.

Believe me, I hope you come after my personal assets. I would love the challenge. Since I won't have to rely on an ALPA Attorney to defend me.

Wrong again on two fronts this time AAA73. First for the for what I've mentioned above. Second also having your new faction sued as well for attempting to get out of what already amounts to a judgement being this arbitration. What are you going to tell a the federal judge? That it doned on you AFTER the arbitration that a new union was the way to go?? Why were you not pursueing this PRIOR to the arbitration? In other words, what's changed???? Here is where your arguements will sink you for good. A320 Wrote:

I've said over and over. The list can live or die on its own merits or lack thereof. We have been persuing the removal of ALPA for many years. There has always been a group of pilots who wanted nothing more.

So what has changed? Look around. Some see the failure of the framework and the actions of the current MEC. Others see the failure of ALPA National over this current fiasco. Some now see the new "guidelines" that live in the Constitution and ByLaws as the problem. We knew all along that it would take a major blunder or blunders by ALPA to bring us to the forefront. Now this point in time coupled with the current events have merged to allow a golden opportunity to once and for all remove ALPA. Pick an issue and it will be enough to get another card. Even from the cards coming from the west pilots. Imagine that? Because there is now a credible, viable alternative to ALPA.
