I read somewhere here in the last day or so that the labor coallition/management meeting went something like this: "you still make too much, work too little and here are the charts and graphs to prove it, and by the way, forget about getting your 5% back". I wish I had been at that meeting. I am so sick of being told I''m not worth what I''m paid. This management team is TOTALLY focused on destroying what''s left of employee moral. We''ve had broken homes, broken lives, SUICIDES...what else is it going to take to get them to focus on revenue/competition and stop focusing on employee paychecks! My understanding was that they even had the gall to play the "liquidate and go home" card again.
I don''t know what the breaking point is going to be when the labor of USAirways finally says "STOP THE MUSIC" and demands an end to these tactics being leveled against us, but it cannot be far off. I hope it doesn''t come to that, but everyone I come in contact with at work is completely fed up. If "just call me Dave" doesn''t get a handle on employee relations soon, I''m afraid he will have to sail the ship alone.
Just my opinion
