Hello all,

Medical discussions according to AFA went OK, on a scale of 1-10 progression was about a 3, which was much better than the sick.

As usual, the discussions began with more threats and bullying, and confidential arrangements signed by AFA, so discussions can not be known at this time.

Markmywords, I thank you from my heart to yours for your insightfulness, criticisms however true, and your humble attempts to calm the waters. Unfortunately, this new management is not interested in communication. Communication with management has broken down with no end in sight. This is never good for any business. I believe they have a plan, and are not interested in working anything out equitably with any labor group, other than through Arbitration. That is sad.

I am leaving for a while, but will return when I settle a few matters. I will be checking my PM messages for those who I have built an internet relationship with, and will reply.

Sorry to hear that talks did not go so well. I guess we will have to find a CCY executive type on here and talk some sense into them. Rational thoughts, compromises and actual communication works so much better then threats. When will the learn that.
