Windshields in tugs and pushbacks in PHL are being removed by ground maint. instead of fixing/replacing wiper motors.

Thats not true at all,dont know who you are but you dont know what your talking about.The only glass removed is broken glass.
Please dont start knocking ground maint with out the facts.
