People Link Income To Happiness

Nobody forces an employee to work at US Airways. If people do not like what is happening they can resign. Why stay and complain if you're unhappy?

I believe it's best to look for a new job while you have a job and then just go find employment elsewhere...if the contract changes are too much.

<_< The idea of the post is that the most shameful thing you could possibly be is gay. If it was a stripper or a prostitute that were the shameful things that's all it would say- which are both things straight people are more inclined to anyway. Who ever heard of a gay strip bar?

But this "joke's" punchline is that it's even more shameful to work for US Airways than it is to be gay or associated with people who are. It assumes a shared hatred and shame for people who are gay. I wonder how well these jokes would go down if you substituted a race or religion for gay.

Rule of thumb: if the joke is at the expense of something included on your company's non-discrimination list, then dont post it. If you were at work you could, and would lose your job over that joke. So dont post it.
