1/OVER THE TOP
US Airways yesterday broke last year's record for zero-
cancellation days, recording its 18th perfect
performance day in 2003. This accomplishment occurred
on a day when the load factor was 81.7 percent and our
S:14 arrival performance was 88.4 percent. Just four
days ago US Airways tied last year's record of 17 zero-
cancellation days, also with load factors above 80
percent. Way to go during this busy holiday season!

I wonder if we will see some more First class upgrades.
Sad that United is starting a performance incentive program while in CH11, and we have nothing except the promise of more cuts!
