The answer was "within 90 days" per one of Parkers guys that was with him.

Within 90 days of what date? Wasn't there an objection filed by the IBT? I'm sure like everything else, the process will be slowed/has been slowed by the holidays.

I would assume he meant 90 days from the 8th.
