Was the US Airways fare of $604 based on an employee ID20, or just from the US Airways web site, or another travel web site?

US Airways site. It shows $588.00 and with fees was $604.00. The Hawaiian fare was also from their website and includes taxes and fees.

(I don't get ID20's anymore.)

Well if it was booked on US it will be $5 more than Expedia because of US's hidden internet usage fee. Imagine wanting customers to use your website because it's cheaper, then charging a fee that drives them to a booking site that costs US more $$$
