GENERAL INCREASE FOR NON-CONTRACT NON-MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
A three percent general increase has been approved for non-contract, non-management employees. This increase program will cover pre-merger America West employees in grades 22 and below, and pre-merger US Airways employees on the Administrative Salary Plan, grades 3 through 8. These grades correspond to Grades 110 and below on the integrated salary structure. The program will run from April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008. The increases will automatically go into effect at the start of the pay period after each employee’s anniversary date.
 
WOW!!!!! a whole 3 percent!!!! the employee's at HQ must ALL feel as if they have hit the jackpot!!!!!!!! I bet there are going to be some wild celbratory parties this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!! woo hoooo!!!!!!! horray for the 3 percent increase!!!!!!!!!!!
 
That makes it their Second 3% increase in one year. So thats 6%. When is it time for the Union employees to get an increase? We haven't received a penny! :down:

When it's done in 2, 3% increments it actually works out to more than a 1 time 6% raise. Either way good for them and hopefully the rest of the employee's will see the same in the future.

Union pay is CONTRACTUAL. We get raises according to what we NEGOTIATE. So start payin' attention to the negotiations process (or lack thereof) and be ready to get involved and be visible.

Actually there is no mandatory 3% increase for every worker. Broken down by worker some of their increases vary on performance. There is no guarantee that anyone will get the max of 3%.
 
Hmmm, corporate gets another 3% and I do not have a freakin contract .... ARG!!!!!!! Time for a cocktail or three!
 
This is for NON-CONTRACT NON-MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES. Perhaps you should read up on exactly who this covers. Not everyone in Corporate is getting a 3% raise.
 
USCREW I am sorry you got screwed for not selling Cash Cow, but don't knock these people. It is not Management, it is the people that process our payroll, send out our mail, and do all the grunt work that noone else does.

Shame on you.

Scuze me? I'm not screwed for not selling Cash Cow...I CHOSE not to do it. I couldn't care less about Cash Cow.
I was talking about profit-sharing, what are you talking about?
 
If you did not care less then why did you post it?

You complained that fellow FAs who sold the cash cow got more profit sharing as their W-2s were higher than yours.

Dont let the facts get in your way.
