No Due Process in TWU

Just got an email. TWU had a lawyer for their side along with 8 witnesses. The former board had,,, well they had nothing because they were banned for being part of the hearing. I guess they could have went and sat in the back, but why? They attempted to submit a statement, but not sure if it makes it into the record.
They will be found guilty. The fix is in. So they can't be officers of a TWU local again. Time to move on.
If the DOL comes in, at least they will be able to present their side, along with evidence to support it. You know, like they do in the democratic America.
As one person put it, I can't call this a Kangaroo Court because it would be insulting to Kangaroo Courts.

Been there and done that. Even once told the TWU Consitution over rides the U.S. Consitution by a veteran Marine that was appointed Kanga Judge, and yes, it would even put Kangaroo Court to shame. Not worth your time, effort, or worry.
