Just what exactly is your relationship to US Airways? I ask as your observations don't seem to reflect somebody who has been impacted by the last decade of management blunders that the UAir employees fix with their paychecks while $$$ goes out the front door. (me former WO puke)

Not many AWA employees are thrilled with thier pay, ( me work here now)

Management can do better, much better. Since 9/11 34.5 million dollars has walked out, that we know of. Rewards for poor leadership. At least the BOD trimmed the parachute this time. The day that a CEO refuses a parachute clause for being a bonehead is the same day you hired a guy who won't need one.

I respect my former peers for being yanks not sheep!

Don't give me that crap pal! They already received back some vacation as well as a 4% raise recently. Management takes care of themselves. Don't come on here preaching nonsense when anyone that is breathing knows otherwise. Same old song on a different day.
