I for one think Terri Graff is great.

Now, more than ever, she will have to prove herself to the reserves. The reserves have HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!

I honestly believe she will pull through for the reserves if she is elected LEC Pres.

What was the reason that the entire LEC resigned? Making a statement of some sort? The announcement that they would be resigning came during or just after the BOD meeting in Portland.

Our freak of an LECP Laura Albert was up to her eyeballs in illegal flying activity and other nonsense. Terri and Mary Ellen our other two LEC Officers blew the whistle on her and called for her to resign. She refused saying unless everyone resigned she was not going anywhere. So the other two officers called her bluff and here we are. I say good riddance to LA! How she shows her face out on the line is just mind boggling.
That was the sign of true leadership to me from Terri and Mary Ellen.
Everyone, please welcome Mrs. Albert back to the line in a proper fashion.Show her the respect she has shown us and the reserve group over the past few years. Thats the Cliffsnotes version of it.

I second that. Brian, I think, will be good for us. He feels very strongly about reserves, and he himself is on reserve. Now, finally, we have someone in our court. I do wonder, however, if Andrew Perkins ran for temporary office? He is very strong also.

Andy ran. Anyone who stood up to Laura was taken right off the list. While LA didn't take a vote...she certainly had her influance. Brian is a good friend of LA. I would have rather seen Andy get a position. It's only for 3 months and then the council can speak for themselves!

Well hopefully Brian isn't going to throw a temper tantrum like he did when everyone emailed him and Candi about how horrible the uniforms looked. I guess people sorta forgot about that email! I would love to know what qualifications theses people have to run the office. I am sure since LA is best buds with Brian that she is going to be off line flying to be "helping" in that office. The sad thing is that LA and the MEC had a huge laugh on the back of the PHL Fa's and when these three months are up we need to take back this council after almost a year and a half. This is the time that the Fa's need to stick together and nominate people qualified to run the council and to actually vote. There is alot going on at US between the merger stuff and then DL that we need to get someone with experience and background for the last year of this term. It is time that WE take this Council back!

These folks are only in for 3 months. Buddy Brannon and Aida (Grievance Chair) will be helping out in PHL.

There are some really great folks who will run. Pay attention to resumes, education, personality, reputation and integrity...and their ideology on organized labor.

It important that folks who choose these important seats are in it for the sake of the membership interest, not self serving agendas.

I bet Mike F. is very concerned on who will be running and who is electable. I hear he's been courting up to Kim K. He will try to take advantage of those who will be running and see if he can manipulate their minds into thinking he is "god's gift and know-it-all" in the union.

Hopefully, those who run and get elected stay clear of this self serving political shizter who can't finish one term in any position and looks to move higher and higher up for political amibitions. If he feels his position is threatened, he will probably try to run again for LECP of CLT this Feb./March.

I am sure Annie must be worried. Hopefully she is not bending over and trusting him in fear he may run against her in CLT. I would bet Annie is not too happy that Laura is out. Laura kept Mike "at bay" staying as MECP. Now, with Laura gone, Mike didn't get AFA International Pres (of course). Knowing Mike F. as I very well do, if he feels threatened in anyway for his seat, and unless he has some assurance he will keep the seat and get reelected next Oct., he will run for LECP in CLT.
I predicted when I left, and Mike F. was buzzing for my job 6 months before I left, that he would try for AFA International Pres as well....and, he did, and lost..huge.

Hopefully, CLT will recognize that this guy hops from job to job attempting to gain more political power wherever he can.

Can smell this type from miles away and from DAY 1.

Well, that's my take on the political hub-blah.

Terri and Andy are great. As for the others? Heard stories about SOME of them. Couple I know, and didn't care for.
