This is great news. I've basically given up flying US because of the long communte to DCA or BWI from my home. Looks like the Z Terminal doesn't require a shuttle ride.

And neither does the current B concourse - since you can take the underground walkway to it from the main terminal. My last time through Dulles, I remember seeing the Z gates off to the side before taking the escalator down for the B passageway. It's close in - reminiscent of the T gates in ATL. Surprised that UA hasn't tried to jump in there and use it for Business1 type service.
