JFK777 said:Lie-Flat sounds great, but what is the configuration? Are they going from 6 to 5 across on the 767 & 7 to 6 on the 777? The 777 needs to add the number of seats it has, 35 is not enough, they need 50 seats.
I would like AA 777 business class to be the same as Singapore airlines on their 777-200ER's, 6 across; not to be confused with SIA's 777-200 & 777-300 with 7 across in business. I can't wait to see it.

Everything I have heard says the current J cabin configurations does not change. The 767s are 2x2x2 now and will stay that way. Same seat pitch, same number of seats (30).
Likewise on the 777s: 2x3x2 now and after the new seats. Same number of rows and same seat pitch. Same five rows, same number of seats (35).
If pax start buying more of them on each flight, expect that in the future AA might reduce the size of the forward coach minicabins and install more J seats.
