Here's an update on the namelist to be turned into the NMB.
Most of the 2,700 ghost names should not be included and AMFA will challenge those.
Aproximately 97 names were duplicates.
Many of the names have since been employed at other airlines.
Some of the names included on the ghost name list we have found and contacted and for one reason or another (probably something to do with their being laid-off) have an axe to grind with the TWU. These names will not be disputed by AMFA supporters and will remain on the list.
Some of the names that will be submitted are groups currently considered management and wish to be unionized. (yes we got cards from them)
Some of the names are Pilots represented by a different union and their names will be disputed.
Some of the names on the list are deceased and their inclusion on the list will be disputed.
