Well, Delta doesn't actually publish ISP-PHL fares. That "example" on Delta you give from Orbitz is actually two tickets being priced end-to-end (probably with a connection at CVG or ATL). If you look on a site like Travelocity that shows the published fares from SABRE, you'd see that the only two airlines publishing ISP-PHL fares are US and UA (codeshare on the US flights). This is actually part of why WN pulled their fares off Orbitz a few years back; Orbitz was publishing these crazy routings and back-to-back fares that WN would never sell.

Actually, the cheapest way to fly between ISP and PHL is probably to buy two tickets on WN and try to connect at MCO, TPA, PBI, or FLL. Not that you would, since it's a lot faster to just drive.
