Last night's episode should have been titled "Reasoning with Drunks"

I can't believe how long they spent with the one guy trying to get to FLL

They should have called the cops and had him escorted off. Now people will think that they can get drunk and we will be nice to them.

Great minds think alike. LOL. Really now. You cant have an argument unless there's TWO people having it. Customer SERVICE has really changed in the past ten years, especially with Airport staff. I see and hear "aggressive attitudes" with customers have become the norm.

You sure about the "guy" part? Remember what he(/she/it) claimed in one of his(/her/its)drunken ramblings?
:D

From an ex US Airways International flight attendant who always flew to London on Mondays ( when he could hold it) to watch Easyjet on their reality show, you guys have got it made. Keep up the good work, show the public how they really act and you will do nothing but succeed. I asked USAirways 3 years ago to consider a reality show and I was ignored, look where they are now.

Keep up the good work.

Last nights episode should have been titled “Drunks, Tarts, and A**holes.

Couldn’t they come up with a better “human interestâ€￾ story other than a group of teeny-boppers hoping to get laid?
;) ;)

Monday's episode was a real hoot. I wonder why Colleen in MDW found it necessary to delay the departure of a flight in order to humiliate a paying passenger on national television. It was uncalled for, regardless of the fact that the poor guy lost his ticket. It was immature, outrageous behavior - Colleen should be fired for doing that.

well i have say its not only our pilots that are generous. If ya'll remember after 9/11 all the employees that gave part of their paycheck back to the company to ensure WN would survive the crisis. Awsome!!!

Almost every airline did the same thing, the only difference is that the company imposed it on them. They weren't stupid enough to give up money to a company that was never losing it to begin with.

and you have just proven the fact of why WN is surviving and you are not. This is the way our company works. And just for the hell of it we just annouced our third quarter profits. All that money we gave to the compay in 2001 has come back to us in the form of profit sharing. I love being that stupid....

October 18 show -- not good for Southwest IMHO

In the involuntary bump scene, they didn't seem too eager to get volunteers. I didn't even see any announcements for volunteers, although that could have been edited out (why?).

The one with the disabled kid made Southwest looks really bad IMHO. They get out to the runway and THEN decide that his wheelchair isn't good enough? WHY??? He's in a specially designed wheelchair for heaven's sake.

They try to blame federal law, but it was Southwest employees who decided to use zero common sense in enforcing the law. I hope stupidity is not spreading systemwide.

This is the first episode that I actually watched.

The denied passenger was clearly pissed and the agent was doing her best to calm the guy down. Since he was going to Florida, could WN have rebooked him to Florida instead of finding a seat to ORF.

Don't remember anyone in my department giving up a cent. Although people were more senstive (and still are) to maintenace warrenty items which save us millions during the course of a year. So, we all contribute even if we don't give back pay.

With that being said, how much incentive do you think the mechanics who have givebacks imposed on them expidte warrenty items and save their company money.
