Has anyone received information as to how many of the 1100 furloughees who received bid offers from MidAtlantic accepted? If not, when will the company release the information?

So far, out of 1100 f/a, only 200 wanted it. the month of june is already full. Not sure where they stopped.

As I understand it out of the 1500, half (550) were receiving thier letter for the second time because some apparently didnt receive it the first time, so keep in mind many of that half may have already decided not to go.

Rumour is 200-something signed for summer classes (Jun, July, Aug). More may have passed this round. I have heard that the June class is full of senior people from before who wanted the latest possible class. So the most junior in the June class is still senior to many active MAA F/As. Its all very confusing!

None of the summer classes have been posted on the hub yet.

I was 9-18-00, and I have NOT recevied my letter. I know a couple of people who have, and there are some of us who have not. I don't know what the deal is or who to contact?

Babygirl,

Exactly what letter are you talking about. If you are implying that you never even received an offer letter, you better get on the blower or your looking at your first pass (unintentional of course.) I'll stick around for a few to see if you have a responce to this message. I have nothing better to do tonight but to read "The Star", "National Enquire", and of course, "UsAviation.com." (US Forums.)
