Why is it then that companies looking build in cities and states have an issue if there is a heavy union presence there and more often than not go to RTW states??

States constantly undercutting one another (corporate welfare) is a much larger factor than whether or not a state is RTW or not...

Detriot Teachers walked out in force to protest today, but only 7% of their students can read at their grade level, so the question I have for all union folks is why do any of those Detriot teachers even have JOBS? Why don't Unions demand excellance and clean up their ranks?

I'll bite. Teachers unions are the most powerful worldwide and yes most get away with murder. Now lets talk what we actually expect of teachers. We expect them to create Einsteins out of every last child in the USA. Well you get what you pay for. Don't like what kids learn in PUBLIC schools? Pay for a PRIVATE education. How many of those 7% children have their parents help them with their homework or just have a family learning time? The worker can only do so much to mold the clay. Funny howv most parents don't want to take the blame that their kids are dumb because of home and peers, so they'll blame teachers, and then say how the unions are the root of all evil.
