But who's heading the operations integration? Tech Ops(inc Mx), flight ops, SOC/MOC etc. I see scheduling, I see airport ops. Who is heading up flight ops/tech ops?

It will probably be a combination of Anthony Mule with the airports, Joe Beery with IT/RES and Andrew Nocella with Scheduling. SOC/MOC is one large unit with scheduling and cust serv (SOC) all working under the same roof.

Just a thought though......
