Despite the twu spin that our medical cost are only going up 4.8%, just checked mine and the damage is a 50% increase. That goes along with the 50% increase last year. Thanks twu, you suck.

It will not be long and the TWU will be selling you a optional medical plan.

They are superior at negotiating away good insurance and then returning with their own insurance plan which they receive kick backs from the slush fund.

Seems you two failed to do your homework! As a member when you vote on a contract you are suppose to look at the whole picture. When I voted on the last contract I took all this into consideration!

If you don't like it, than quit, and go to an Amfa represented airline! I'm sure they will greet you with open arms! Since you are not wanted at AA!

First you want change, then you spew, "If you don't like it quit" then you wonder why the membership is in the process of firing the twu!!!

HUH? You obviously fail to consider what "Without Further Ratification" and 3200 members without pin numbers means.

Why is your head always buried in the sand to that issue?

You claim we are not wanted at AA and we should quit.

Jim Little says we raised legitimate issues that need to be addressed.

Which is it? You guys Flip-Flop like a Presidential Candidate.

Your wife was expressing concern regarding the increases in Medical as I spoke with her last week. Why didn't you inform her about this big picture that you were viewing, which the rest of us appear to have never seen. I have heard of this "Big Picture" or the "Whole Picture" before, but have never seen it. Where can it be viewed?

I get the feeling that when I finally get to see this "Big Picture" it will look like a employer/employee porno movie with graphic anal sex. Starring Jim Little bending over, and AA Management lined up putting the wood to him.

I suspect they are one person using two different alias names. That way it appears there is twice the support for TWU on this board. WOW.

The "Big Picture" will be shown on October 7, 2004 at the TWU Local 514 Union Hall.

So, CIO! You took all this into consideration and still want to pay through the nose for medical!

You must be on the TWU payroll if money is no object!

CIO and his wife are both topped out AMT's. His Wife draws a monthly pay check for Union Officer pay from the TWU on top of the dual top out incomes. She never shows to work on parts, and he only shows up to actually work on Aircraft Parts on RARE occasions.

There has been more then (sic) one instance of his belief that nobody is suffering. He cannot see anyone else's issues, because "He Has His Brother"!

In addition to not showing up to a work area, within the last two weeks CIO and his wife have been working harder performing management functions rather than union wokrer issues. CIO drives around in a cart all day wearing a stupid looking hat and ratting members out to management.
