I will not question the qualifications of Ms. Palladini on this post. But I do question Crellin's motive for doing this at this time. The company is in complete turmoil with employee relations at an all time low. Not a good move. It has been expected for all employees to work with less hands at all cities. Now is the time for the "shirts" to roll up their sleeves and work with less,too! This organization is just amazing. Lets just keep putting it to labor and insulate mgmnt with whatever they need. As far as I am concerned, liquidation may be best overall.
