lost voucher

exactly, but it is not the customers who are important at US...they do have this capability, but they would rather rely on either customers not using their vouchers or being "irresponsible" as one Westie calls it.
I bought a lottery ticket last week for the powerball and it was a winning ticket. Unfortunately, my home burned down along with the ticket. I wonder if the lottery commission will reissue me the ticket?

When you buy a ticket on US, it is like losing the lottery...

Actually the online evoucher was just automated this past year and as far as I know all cities should be using it by now for the TFC vouchers. They are easier to use than the paper ones anyway since the computer automatically knows the ticket number and voucher amount to use so there isnt room for agent error. Also, they can be used via rez instead of the customer having to come to the airport to use them. To any of the agents giving out TFCs this holiday season make sure you stress to the customer that their vouchers are evouchers, they need to give the PNR info to the rez agent so they know where the voucher is stored and can do it on the phone with rez and dont have to come to the airport!
