First off, Dog is gainfully employed. Second off his relationship with his spouse and how they choose to handle moey is no one's business in the context of this forum.

Why would an employer wait until 2014? For all intents & purposes, it takes effect in Fall 2013 when companies start doing annual enrollment, which is based on what they negotiate during Spring and Summer 2013. Implementing revised staffing now will tell them if it will work, or if they need to negotiate for more employees.
Given how this Administration has acted in its first term, I also wouldn't put it past Pharaoh whipping out his Executive Order pen to try and declare "lab conditions" as of some point in 2013.

Do you really think being the Secretary of State of the United States of America is not work? Or being a US Senator?
Is it the jobs she has held, or just the the fact that she is a woman who has accomplished more in her life than you that bothers you?
Maybe if she was an aircraft mechanic, ramper, pilot, or flight attendant, then she would be worthy?

Probably means worked as in generating a payroll. However I recall she was quite the lawyer and that means she had billable hours.
I don't care much for her politics but to say she is like the Empty Suit is just untrue and reeks of class envy. Right now she appears to be a good little soldier, taking the heat over Benghazi along with the General in order to protect the Boss. I kind of admire that loyalty although in this case I think it misguided as I don't believe for a minute Obama would return the favor were it the other way around.
