Yes, dark blue hats on the PHX ramp are nice. They absorb heat, and when perspiration on the hat evaporates, it leaves a white salt stain that over time is enough to make your stomach queazy.

... On Monday, rumors were circulating that the hot dog party would be boycotted and the ramp supervisors had to contact each ramper under their jurisdiction and had them sign a Letter of Understanding stating that there would be a hot dog party on Tuesday.

We had a lot of people in PIT get sick after eating the pizza the management served. I warned them, but they ate it anyway. When they realized it was too late, I gave them the, "Sorry, man!" shoulder shrug, then suggested the new barf bags with the cue sheets on the inside.

Management should have handed out sugar cubes with LSD hits on them, if only to try to influence the employees by being their "I make US fly" trip masters.

Update with the latest gossip: The PHX IAM chair on the ramp dismissed a steward from his position for eating a sandwich. Another steward who ate a sandwich was told to start singing off the same sheet of music or he would meet the same fate. He wants unity and solidarity and he's starting with the stewards. Help row the boat or we'll feed you to the fishies. RR ROCKS! ^_^
