This was filed today - docket #136. I found it interesting but have absolutely no idea if it is normal in big BK cases or not. Maybe someone with a more legal persuasion can chime in with an opinion.

TO: DEBTOR OR DEBTOR COUNSEL

You have filed a voluntary petition with the office of the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia, without filing all required lists, schedules and statements at the time the petition was filed. Local Bankruptcy Rule 1007−1 directs the Clerk to give you notice of Local Bankruptcy Rule 1007−1 under those circumstances.

11 U.S.C. §102(1) authorizes an act, including dismissal of your case, without an actual hearing if notice is given properly and a hearing is not timely requested by a party in interest.

In one of the first day briefs the company stated that it did not have all of the
required documents ready and was granted an extention until some time in
mid october...I believe.
