Read the story about the hate crime case this morning.
Question: If I am not mistaken the African American kids arrested for hitting the Caucasian victims were charged with assault correct?
Why is the Caucasian that was arrested for hitting an African American charged with a hate crime?
Don't get me wrong, both deserve to be punished, just wanting to know why the difference in charges?

I am not sure if that will stick if he gets a decent attorney. Sounds like a premeditated aggravated assault charge to me (by a dumb ass who tapes it and shows it to others as a trophy). He is probably one of those corrupted by the liberal agenda also.
