I know a whole lot of our FF's read these boards and I for one would just like to thank them very much for keep coming back and flying with us despite all of our hard times. I know it would be so easy for most of them to just fly someone else. And that speaks volumes about them that they do not. SO from myself personally, and on behalf of all of the frontline employees IAM/ALPA/CWA/AFA... the whole lot of us out there in the trenches.. and The many good few in HQ and the employess you don't see or hear about, THANK YOU.
And I would hope the ones who used to fly us will give us just one more chance and give us a try again.

Thank you for your kind words, but like Bob said, you and your colleagues earn the business. You fine front line folks are the reason my fellow travelers and I stay, and you can read a perfect example in my other thread, This is Why I Stay.

We certainly appreciate you all, and we recognize that you are doing an outstanding job under the most difficult of circumstances. Just imagine what it would be like if all was well at the company.....something I hope to see in this lifetime!!

Please keep it up--you have many more loyal customers than just Bob and I, but we all appreciate you VERY much.

I agree.

Dash-8 out of Laguardia had maintenance issues that would *possibly* cause me to miss my connection to ORF in PHL. I was worried about traffic, since I was stuck in it, and had myself protected on 2 different flights by the time I checked in. The gate attendants and folks checking me in could not have been more helpful.

You folks earn my business through your excellent customer service.
