DOESN'T LOOK GOOD THE AIRPORT THAT IT THE BOSTON AIRPORT GOT A COPY OF THE NEW CONTRACT AWAITING ALL DETAILS....AGENT ARE CALLIN AND TELLING ME THAT IT DETAILS......... :shock:

Well, what are they telling you is in the contract????
 
THE BOSTON AIRPORT HAS A COPY OF THE NEW AGREEMENT.....NOT TO MANY CHANGES FROM PRIOR AGREEMENTS FROM THE COMPANY
 
12 YEars 18.00 one step below frozen at 17.00 2 years, 18.00 for 1 year 2008 18.60 plus .25 comstomer contact
2009 3%
2010 4%
2011 4%
2012 4% NO PREM MAX OVERTIME 1.5 REGULAR HOUR WORKS
NO DOUBLE TIME, READY RESERVE FOR CERTAIN STATIONS
ANYONE WHO LEAVE RES THE COMPANY CAN OUTSOURSE THAT POSTION UNTIL 2012 AND THE LIST GOES ON

No wonder the company wants us to work for nothing. If you are any indication of the level of competence we have in the CWA ranks, then we are doomed! Do us all a favor and stop speaking for us. You are an illiterate. "Boomhauer" from King Of The Hill is easier to understand than you.

You know, Jaded, this poster was just attempting to provide the board with some information. Who knows, maybe the person was trying to type while on the phone at the same time. Maybe this person is bilingual. Who knows?

However, after all the posts on these boards, I wouldn't be surprised if this poster never adds again to the discussion.

Regardless, if you are any indication of the level of interpersonal skills in the CWA ranks, I can understand why US Airways is ranking so poorly in customer satisfaction.
