Ya know,

There are many examples of failed airlines that merged (and some that didn't too). There is a good example of an airine that merged many times, went through bankruptcy twice, and now is a sweetheart of the indusrty.

Continental

What turned it around? MANAGEMENT that made the right choices, along with an employee group that embraced change.

Everyone I know at US Airways has been dying to rally behind someone for years, and we have awesome folks who have hung in here. We are ready to do our part to help make this happen.

If you are not, do us all a favor and move out-of-the-way! This old negative mentality is long overdue to be gone :-(

Good luck to you, and all of us. :)

Didnt Pan Am and National merge? It worked out well for them I see.

The concessions didnt stop with the merger, in fact they only started. The concessions still werent enough to save Pan Am.

Good luck, you people are dreaming if you think that this will save your careers.

Kind of reminds me of how you guys were praising Seigal, where is he now? Probably home counting what used to be your money!
